Terms and Conditions

Gurucle is a prediction game for entertainment. The points accumulated on the platform have no economic value whatsoever, do not represent money, credit or any type of redeemable asset. Gurucle is not a betting house, does not operate under any gambling license and is not regulated by any gambling authority.

Use of the platform is free of charge. No payment will ever be requested to register, access predictions, improve your profile or participate in the rankings.

By registering, you declare that you are 18 years of age or older. If we detect that an account belongs to a minor, it will be suspended immediately.

Persons who hold or have held relevant public positions in the last 2 years (government officials, legislators, judges, directors of state bodies, etc.) or who are direct family members of such persons, must act with special caution when participating in predictions related to the scope of their public activity.

Gurucle reserves the right to suspend accounts that use information obtained in the exercise of public functions to gain an advantage in predictions.

This includes, among others: journalists with access to information before its publication, persons related to sports teams or referees, officials with access to unannounced government decisions, or any person who knows the outcome of an event before it is made public.

The use of privileged information undermines the spirit of the game and is expressly prohibited. Gurucle may suspend accounts upon reasonable indications of this behavior.

By using Gurucle, the user agrees to:

• Use the platform honestly and for entertainment purposes.
• Not create multiple accounts to gain artificial advantages in the rankings.
• Not use bots, scripts or automation to make predictions.
• Not share their account with third parties.
• Not use privileged or non-public information to predict.
• Respect other users in the community's communication channels.

Gurucle reserves the right to cancel, modify or postpone any question in the event that the underlying event is cancelled, modified or its result cannot be objectively verified. In these cases, no point changes will be applied.

Results are verified by the Gurucle team using public sources. In the event of a reasonable dispute about a result, Gurucle may cancel the question.

Gurucle may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice and without any obligation to refund (given that the service is free). Accumulated points do not entitle users to any compensation.

Gurucle is provided "as is", without guarantees of continuous availability. We are not responsible for service interruptions, data loss or any damage arising from the use of the platform.

Since no real money is involved, Gurucle's maximum liability to any user is zero.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be notified on the platform and will take effect 7 days after their publication. Continuing to use Gurucle implies acceptance of the new terms.
